: After the arrangement of the general meeting as passed by that meeting or until the arrangement of the general meeting, the institute can take the necessary cash or jinx loan or accept grant to increase its current capital (working capital) with the approval of the government of Nepal. But the institute should not take loans or accept grants from any foreign agency without taking the approval of the Government of Nepal.
